Hi, I am not sure if this will help anyone, but I thought I would share my process to make myself one with the bike. I have found that all the numbers advice that is given to fit myself to the bike never worked for me; only a very vague starting point. So, I got fed up and rode my bike changing my setup a few mm at a time; up, down, back and forth, and so on, until I found the best most efficient setup. It did take some time, but doing this in real riding situations helped me to find the best position; for me. we are all different and I think we need to find that fit where the feeling is just perfect. it’s about the feeling and being one with the bike. maybe this will help somebody Thank you Gregory Martino |
