I’ve been hacking about on a mountain bike for 25 years. I started to get problems with my knees that impacted all forms of exercise including walking and going up and down stairs. After trying physio, and just before giving up cycling, My wife booked me in for one of Steve’s bike fits.
The result was better than I could have imagined. I was able to ride without pain within days. I have now done a couple of 100k events with no problem. And if I don’t cycle for a while and start to get a problems with my knees, a couple of sessions on the bike fixes things up.
Steve takes a whole of body approach. He made some radical changes that I doubt others would have made. He is one of the most genuine people I have met, and certainly one of the most genuine people I’ve done business with.
If I could wind back the clock and give myself some advice, it would be to book the earliest possible session and get fitted as soon as possible. I’d have avoided a lot of discomfort, probably avoided damage to my body, and would have gone a lot faster.
