Not every rider is designed to standard bike specifications. Some need extra help to get their knees positioned over their pedals. These CNC machined, stainless steel pedal extenders are made for just that purpose and come in 20, 25 and 30 mm lengths. They are available singly or in pairs of the same OR mixed length.
Note 1: Not recommended for use with carbon cranks. Carbon crank arms use a threaded aluminium insert for pedal attachment. The crank and the insert are not a homogeneous structure. Using Pedal Extenders increases the torsional load on this insert and may lead to carbon crank failure. Aluminium cranks arms are a homogeneous structure and are usually fine when matched with Pedal Extenders.
Note 2: Using Pedal Extenders with pedals that don’t have wrench flats means that the Pedal Extenders can be between hard and sometimes impossible to fit and once fitted, cannot be removed from the pedal. Check that your pedals do have wrench flats before ordering.
