Arch support should be used in a cycling shoe before any wedging is attempted as it is the primary method of foot correction for cycling (more here).
These high-quality insoles are available in a range of sizes to suit cycling shoes from size 37 to size 48. Each size is available in three arch heights: Low, Mid and High. They are the most comfortable fixed size off-the-shelf option I’ve used.

Sizing Advice
Length – the most accurate method is to remove one of your current cycling shoe insoles and measure its length, then compare it to below:
S = 235 mm – 245 mm
M = 250 mm – 265 mm
L = 270 mm – 280 mm
XL = 285 mm – 295 mm
XXL = 295mm – 310 mm
Arch Height – This is best determined by wetting one foot then stepping on to a piece of paper for 5 seconds. Once done, compare the wet footprint to the image below.
